AMAZING. This place was an oasis of comfort and hospitality in Bogotá. All the staff were always there for us. Every need we had was taken care of with a smile. we could believe how outstanding it was. The room was a dream. The hotel was so clean. The spa was beyond anything we have experience before. The breakfast was so delicious. This hotel is the best in Bogotá…maybe all of Colombia. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!

Even when I stepped outside the door to take a cigarette, the third floor staff members or security were constantly alert to make sure I was safe.
